Rates exclude:
One time cleaning fee of $100
10% Sierra County Occupancy Tax.
$20/day for each additional persons over rate occupancy (including children), not to exceed maximum occupancy per rental unit.
$15/ per night per pet
Policies:
We welcome up to the maximum occupancy of eight people.
Linens and towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels for outdoor use.
Smoking only permitted outside.
Check-in time: 3:00-6:00pm
Check-out time: Before 11:00am
All telephones are blocked for long distance. A calling card is required to make a long distance call.
2 night stay is required on weekends, three night minimums are required on holiday weekends.
Holidays:
All holidays require a three night minimum stay. These include: Martin Luther King weekend, President's Day weekend, Easter Week, Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
Reservations:
Reservations are made up to 6 months in advance by email only.
Please feel free to email with questions regarding availability.
1/2 deposit is required to hold a reservation.
100% payment is required 30 days prior to stay.
There is no refund of deposit 2 weeks prior to stay.
